Where to go from here?

I feel like I have clearly expressed passion. Now, how do I turn that passion into a workable Senior Capstone project? I have no idea. My first blog negated to form a firm idea or thesis, and instead shared experience. Everything I am interested in seems to fall under the umbrella of social work. I am taking Social Work 1010 in an attempt to broaden my understanding of what may be a potential career path. Unfortunately, this class has added even more issues, and different frames of reference that excite and distract. I get that I need to figure things out really quickly, and I am starting to panic. Any suggestions are welcome!!
